After more than a decade as a Chief Legal Officer, scaling companies to $300M+, managing 140+ entities, and navigating complex M&A transactions, our founder saw a critical gap in the market. Small businesses and emerging founders deserve sophisticated legal support, but traditional law firms price them out or treat them as afterthoughts.

Meet Virginia "Ginny" Hines

Ginny is a multidisciplinary legal strategist and operator who has spent her career building, scaling, and advising companies from inception to national expansion and public markets.

With a JD and MBA earned simultaneously, Ginny brings an integrated approach to law, business, and strategic operations. She began her career in-house as Associate General Counsel for a healthcare management company, where she quickly became a key strategic partner to the principals, helping shape the development of a national healthcare organization that ultimately went public in Canada.

Ginny's career reflects a pattern of building: she helped establish a community bank from the ground up, contributed to the creation of a national health-tech company, and supported the expansion of multi-entity investment groups operating across healthcare, pharmacy, real estate, and fintech.

She has structured and managed more than 140 companies, scaled organizations from early-stage to more than $300 million, led national compliance programs, executed M&A and regulatory initiatives, and supported complex transactions, restructures, and strategic growth plans.
